1. Introduction

Welcome to Swasth Bharat Utkrishta Bharat Foundation (“we”, “our”, or “the Foundation”).

By registering for the Yogayur Mitra Certification Program through our website, you (“candidate”, “participant”, or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not register or enroll in the program.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To register, the candidate must:

• Have minimum qualification of 10th pass (or equivalent)
• Provide accurate personal details and documents
• Be at least 15 years of age

The Foundation reserves the right to verify details and reject applications that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Program Details

The Yogayur Mitra Certification Program is a free 3-month training course covering:

• Basics of Yoga
• Basics of Ayurveda
• Naturopathy fundamentals
• Acupressure basics
• Physiotherapy fundamentals
• Meditation techniques
• Introduction to Hypnotherapy

The program is educational in nature and aims to prepare candidates for certification.

4. Registration Fee

While the training is free, a non-refundable registration fee of INR 199/- is required.

• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay
• Registration is confirmed only after payment verification
• Candidates must ensure successful transaction completion

5. Payment Terms (Razorpay)

• Users agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• The Foundation is not responsible for gateway failures or delays
• No refunds once payment is successful, except verified duplicate payments

6. Course Requirements & Attendance

• Regular attendance is mandatory
• Active participation in theory and practical sessions is required
• Course materials are for personal use only and not for redistribution

7. Examination & Certification

To receive certification, candidates must:

• Complete all course modules
• Pass the final theoretical examination
• Successfully complete practical assessments

Certification decisions rest solely with the Foundation.

8. Scope of Certification

• Certified candidates may operate a Yogayur Wellness Centre independently
• All legal registrations and permissions are the candidate’s responsibility

The Foundation does not guarantee employment, income, or business success.

9. Code of Conduct

• Maintain respectful conduct toward trainers and participants
• No misuse of the Foundation’s name, logo, or certification
• Follow ethical wellness practices

Violation may result in termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Swasth Bharat Utkrishta Bharat Foundation.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Foundation is not responsible for health issues due to improper practice
• Participants should consult medical professionals when required
• No liability for financial loss or misuse of certification

Participation is entirely at the candidate’s own risk.

12. Privacy Policy

Personal information is collected only for registration, verification, communication, and certification purposes.

Data is stored securely and shared only with authorized service providers such as Razorpay.

13. Modification of Terms

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply immediately upon posting.
